I start every morning with a cup of warm lemon to get the system “moving”, along with lemon water during the day. Yes I even pack lemons when I travel; hey you never know when you’ll need one! 😉
This is an interesting article about the additional health benefits of lemons, by freezing them and using the peel in meals. If you try this I’d suggest you use organic lemons and wash well before freezing so you remove any pesticides on the peel.
Oh yeah and they are also wonderful for cleaning, keeping guac/avocados from turning brown…need I say more?!
