Oh my these will be addicting! Looking for a simple & delicious snack to throw in your lunch or gym bag for a quick energy boost? I could have used one of these after hot pilates this morning!!
Try these little scoops of heaven!! I used almond butter, a little coconut nectar as sweetener & sprinkled a little Himalayan salt & cacao powder on to give an extra sweet & salty flavor. Enjoy!!!
3 tbsp coconut oil, softened
3 tbsp peanut or other nut butter
Drizzle of sweetener (stevia or coco nectar good choices)
Dash of Himalayan salt
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Use a tablespoon and scoop into a ball onto wax paper, or put into into mini muffin pan (use liners!) & put in freezer for 20 minutes.
Try not to eat all at once!! Keep in freezer or fridge for delish healthy snack.
